You agree not to misuse the applications, attempt to bypass their limitations, or use them for any illegal activities.
We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the routes, estimated times provided by the Google Maps Route Optimization API, or data extracted via our OCR tools. You are responsible for ensuring that routes are safe and legally compliant for your drivers, and that generated shipping documents are accurate before use.
Hyperflow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including delays or routing errors.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our applications constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
